With Easter Seals Chicago, I was tasked with producing various materials for newsletters, hard-mail and even name badges. I also helped with creating and optimizing social media imagery, as well as some general web imagery. One of my biggest projects was converting numerous print materials from Quark XPress to Adobe InDesign.
Having never used Quark, I had to learn quickly on the job. I used the power of the internet to learn quickly, to create InDesign templates for the materials needed effeciently and accurately.
Once templates were created, implementing content was a breeze. I was finishing projects and sending to pre-press in no time. Creating social media images allowed me to get creative, and learn more about disability etiquette in the process.
